SXM Island Times - PHILIPSBURG - Former Prosecutor Core Merx was granted admission to the bar on Thursday after a hearing by a panel of three Judges. The Attorney General pitched a number of reasons at the panel of Judges why he believed that Merx should not be allowed on the Bar.

Among the reasons were funds that were unaccounted for which it is claimed that Merx used on his house.
