Dear Readers,
Thanks for posing the questions. Seeing that this is first time this is being done it was a task getting the answers to the questions that were posed and also translating them into an answer that can be understood. Besides that it was also a new experience working with others to gather the information that was requested. My hope is that the process of information gathering becomes smoother in the future so that in depth answers can be given to inform you the readers and give you a legal insight.
Question 1
I realized that many questions have been posed about the reports of the
Stichting Overheids Accountants Bureau (SOAB). So I will begin there.

Do you need a legal opinion?
This past week I was talking with a good friend of mine who is interested in giving a opinion to legal questions posed by viewers/bloggers of this site.
To give some structure to this setting I will do the following:
Post any questions that you wish to get a legal opinion to,
I will select a few and get a legal opinion and post it.
Although every case is unique keep in mind that general questions are more likely to be answered correctly.
The postings will be done at the end of every week.
What do you readers think about this?
FALSIFICATION OF DOCUMENTS
Is it illegal for an island lawyer to falsify documents of title and present them to the bank for credit facilities? If this is illegal, what are the criminal repercussions?
