Commenting and posting rules

Comments and posts into this section will be closely watched and moderated, if you do not follow the rules below then your comment or post is likely to end up in the deleted section, not this one. We reserve the right to delete or remove comments and posts that are determined to be unsuitable by our editors.

For Candidates - You are invited to submit photos and articles to add to your page. You can send them via email or you can sign in and create them yourself, we will then add a link to that article or letter into the list below and onto your own page. This is an opening for you to communicate and connect directly with the readers of this site, now averaging over 600 a day and growing. If you want information added to your page, then it's up to you to make sure it gets to us.

For Readers - You are invited to ask questions of the candidates and hope that they will come and answer you. You are required to be respectful to each other and to any candidates that may come here. This does not mean you cannot ask the hard questions or bring up the more interesting rumors and scandals, but keep it intelligent and add your reasons for the opinions you have. Comments that add nothing to the discussion and content of the site will be deleted.

For Everyone - We reserve the right to change any of the above rules and to make new ones as we go along. We are not professionals and we will make mistakes. We do not promise to post all the political letters that appear in our local papers, if you wrote one and don't see it here then sign in and post it as a page. You are all invited to write articles and letters by signing in and posting them using the create page option. Some may even be promoted to front page.

We are not responsible for individual's comments and opinions, but we will make every effort to keep these pages and this site as free as we can of outright slander, personal attacks and smears. If you make claims and accusations, then you are required to back it up with information, you will be questioned and challenged, by someone. This site is not a place for back and forth bitch fights and pointless arguments.

Other than that, we hope you find this section useful.
