Do you want to see the Draft of the New St. Maarten Constitution? You would think that it would already be online but we haven't been able to find it. Ideally each article would be posted separately and readers invited to make comments or observations to each.

You will just have to settle for the SXM PE version instead.

The document below is dated October 2005, we do not know if there is a new updated version as yet, we are trying to find out. We hope so because the document below seems very vague in places and certainly needs a great deal of fleshing out.
