I've always considered this event a complete waste of money, which the goverment gave hundreds of thousands to, far far more than it does to the Heineken Regatta, an event that brings far more paople and money to the island. Some studies were promised once, about the impact it had, how many visitors it bought to the island etc, of course, nothing was heard since.

Derby looking for money

Clarence Derby looking to see how he will find and whose balls he can squeeze to get the 87000 to pay Helen Hart, that is the local that workered for Mullet Bay towers for 19years and he fired her because she was against him hiring all Lavest illegal Haitians
Hart was the Human Resource Office and Derby never let her see the new illegal employees, well the court award 87000, so this is not about summerfst it's about finding money to pay helen
