Show us your papers, Bobby!!!

Bobby Velasquez told the Colebay residents, the prosecutor and the people of Pride foundation that he has all permits to build the boatyard in Colebay. Even the permit to fill in the waterrights. (The additional approx 8000 M2 on his new plan, never published in the Herald.)

During the meeting Pride Foundation had organized, May 2nd 2006, he promissed copies. Thru lawyers we all tried to receive those permits...VROM and ROB did not react as yet. The prosecutor had a chance to look into the hindrance-permit. But this is not the permit to fill-in the lagoon(the waterrights. Asking Mr.Ellis (VROM) resulted only in some vague answers.

Conclusion :
There is not a permit to fill in that piece of waterrights? Recently a new law has been activated which demands such a permit. The ROB should take actions on this matter.
I must say that on May 11 2006 Mr Dollison sent 2 inspectors to the site and they took photoos. But what is the follow up?

Today, Friday May 19th 2006, Bobby started to make the second pier, close to Port de Plaissance. ( Why don't we hear from you, P de P?)
ofcourse during this weekend that pier will be there...

Please pay attention to this! Is there a permit given to fill in this piece of the lagoon?If not you must act by law. This information should be available to the people of sint maarten, your voters.
