Do not be deceived, the report might not look very glossy, slick or colorful; it is of outstanding quality and thankfully does not lack rigour.
Important points from the conclusion:
1. ROB lacks both crucial managerial and technical skills, which explains its incapability to fulfill its tasks properly;
2. ROB has wittingly taken certain actions c.q. neglected taking certain actions.
Which ROB explains, in a reply to a draft SOAB report sent to them, by this Latin phrase: errare humanum est.
To be sure, making mistakes is human, but can that always be used as an excuse?
This was just a short reaction on the report, I will read it thoroughly soon and, if anyone's interested, post a longer comment on its contents. My Dutch seems to be a bit rusty... lol, and cheers to a report that's worth reading!

Yes Cassie, please post a longer comment on the contents of the SOAB report, many non-Dutch speaking/reading visitors are looking forward to your input!
The report said DROB and ROB. The main difference is that DROB means Director of ROB (Dollison) and not the department ROB. It makes a HUGE difference as the report clearly took out DROB and NOT the department.
a thousand pardons, yes you are right!
Forgive me, I was exhausted...
Hope to find time soon!
