To all the concerned groups, foundations and individuals who are concerned about the plans to subdivide the Emilio Wilson Estate into building lots for residential purposes.

1. Write your letter addressed to the EXECUTIVE COUNCIL.

2. In your letter state that you are hereby objecting to the planning permit PP 05059 EMILIO WILSON ESTATE BV.

3. State your reasons why:

If you are a foundation: state your foundations reasons: heritage reasons, black history awareness, environmental reasons, ecology and environment, the organic
agriculture station, slave paths, slave walls, old graves, caves,original dwelling of John Philips etc.

If you are a school: state the fact that you play soccer, the nursery garden, the only cultural park, environmental hiking and education, etc.

If you are police or VKS: state the shooting range.

If you are a community council: state how the overdevelopment can put strain on the infastructure. State that the plans show the loss of the parking lot,what will happen to parking cars for cultural events? weddings? sxm day activities?

If you are a private individual: Pick and choose from the above reasons. This is for the children and future generations of the island.

4. Once you have submitted your letter to the General Affairs office, they will stamp your letter as ingediend, (this office is located in the Governments admistration building) ask for a copy of the letter with the stamp.

5. Take a copy of the letter to the VROM department as well, this is the yellow building on the pondfill where public works is located. The person in charge of this Planning Permit is Victor Bonalair, give him a copy for VROM files.

Always keep a copy with the stamp from General Affairs for your personal files.

We have to flood the government with as many objection letters as we can, we have to be able to send a strong message that public opinion on this project is against the development.
