I am sure there are many people who have been coming here for years who have some, MB was the top resort on the island for many years.

Just look down the right hand side of the page to find Main Threads, this is a kind of filing cabinet. Go down till you find Mullet Bay and you will find all the news clippings from the last year there.

I found this information today that Mullet Bay Resort is down right now. I was there long time ago 1972 I think. It was gorgeous, with a boardwalk that wrapped around from the restaurants to the beach. If you are interested in seeing the photos simply email me a note I will send them to you. you can email me at Pateeizback@aol.com I will send you some pics of how it used to be..very amateur pics I was just a kid!

I flew down in the winter with my wife and had a great time down there she's been asking to go again so i think after the summer we'll actually take a cruise out of miami with royal caribbean and go island hopping this time getting away from NY is always a pleasure and the islands down there are amazing.

According to todays' Herald the judge has ruled the settlement ratified so the owners get their checks and SunResorts will probably put up condos to out-flank AquaMarina and The Cliff.
Well, until there's another appeal, anyway.

Mullet Bay Golf Course
Anonymous (not verified) | Sun, 2007-02-25 16:38

My wife and I just returned from a Cruise where St. Maarten was our last port of call. We are both avid golfers and after researching the golf course, decided to take our chances. Am I ever glad we did. The course is a gorgeous layout with beautiful bermuda fairways. The greens were a little crispy as they depend solely on rainfall for irrigation. We truly enjoyed ourselves and can only imagine what the course was like in its heyday. The woman in the makeshift proshop said that before the hurricane, you had to make teetimes a month in advance. She also said that Greg Norman was at the course last month with his designing team. I would love to see the course get back to the glory days with the casino and condos restored.
