Other Charges are being Investigated--- Brothel Mix Up under Investigation
Philipsburg: --- In response to an article published by SMN News on Friday June 27 concerning a cop that was caught in a brothel mix up. The KPSSS has decided to issue an official statement on the case which they have been investigating.
Police Spokesman Johan Janchi Leonard said that concerning the alleged rape case the Police Internal Affairs is busy investigating the case. He said the media (SMN News) has been constantly requesting information concerning the investigation of an alleged rape which involved an off duty police officer to no avail.
Leonard said that since the KPSSS is a transparent organization they are of the opinion to avoid further speculation and perception they would release some information and would update the public as the investigation proceeds. “So far with the notes we have gathered from all departments regarding the alleged rape of four residents of the local exotic club, there is no indication that the women were raped. However, there are other charges that must be fully and thoroughly investigated as the off duty officer was indeed present when the ladies were being taken back to the exotic club against their will.” Leonard said.
The incident happened two weekends ago when some Colombian prostitutes were caught by police on the way back the club in the company of the cop. According to information that reached SMN News both women from Colombia were deported back to their country. It is still not clear if the women in question were working legally at the exotic club and why they were deported.
SMN News is following the developments in this investigation and will bring it to you as it becomes available.
