Laveist's Foundations under investigation

Remember Grand Getaway Vacations and their $50,000 donation to Laveist's New Hope Foundation? It would seem those rumors we heard about a top politician questioned by police had more truth to them than we we were told.

Grand Getaway was apparently sold last year and was in the news this past March with rumors of a reopening. I think it might be a bit more difficult to bring in their own workers this time with all the scrutiny.

Some call it foot in mouth syndrome, he's come up with a few gems in the past too.

Lou Lou is one of those in government who have long been rumored to have business interests in bus licenses, also being the person who dishes them out. What was originally planned as a system where individuals could make a living running a bus has turned into a lucrative earner where the owners of the licenses collect a rent from a ghost driver, an entitlement which was really to help drivers that may be sick or otherwise unable to work. These licenses are for sale and provide the owner a nice sum without having to ever drive a bus.

I noticed something a few weeks or maybe a month or so ago, about bus drivers/license owners (?) having to go and re register themselves, there was announcements in the papers asking those with certain numbers or letters to present themselves at an office and re-register themselves. I can't find any clippings though, can anyone else remember the details?

DId he wear it on Flag Day? I didn't see any photos of him in, I would like to know why not if he didn't. I guess this is all another witch hunt, or in his case a voodoo witch doctor hunt.

They have my sympathy and compassion, but thier past has absolutley nothing to do with what Laveist is being investigated for.
