The proper way to object

To all concerned about this development, the proper way to object to the Planning Permit is to write an objection letter adressed to the Executive Council.
In your objection letter state WHY and give good reason why your foundation, your community council or you as an individual are against the Planning Permit.
Take your objection letter to the General Affairs department located inside the Administration Building.
Here they will stamp it, ask them for a copy of the stamped version.
Next, take a copy to the VROM department for their files.
And keep a copy for yourself.

DO NOT TAKE A COPY ONLY TO THE VROM department, if you do, you risk that your letter will end up lost as they will not stamp it here as "received" in the system.
