Erm, is he really gonna be a free man in two months' time? I was under the impression that he had misbehaved himself in jail: they caught him several times in the possesion of a mobile phone...why suspend his sentence then? He misbehaved! O_o, just 2.5 % of the initial fine...lucky bastard The V of of Victory...or Vicious... Joker.

Absolutely ridiculous this sentance reduction. Loor and his girlfriend frauded the government. Reports from the school children say he was frequenting chinese restaurants frequently, coming out carrying take out. Them say sometimes too frequently and that if he was eating all that food he would be another size. The MO is to stack money in the foam food container making it seem like take out. This sentance reduction will tempt every civil servant and police officer to steal, whats a year prison for stealing a cool million? And when he gets out? well then he can become another advisor, we have lots of those walking around.
