Oh I can just imagine Carnaval, WITH that smell!
And when you stay there long enough, perhaps the festivities can make you faint!

We would all like to believe our govt would not do things to put our lives and health at risk. And sometimes it's not ignorance or negligence either, because they know full well the harm they do.
