Clear the road of junk, at last.
This is a small but very positive step forwards.
We shouldnt really care that much who tows them. If they are abandoned un taxed then they are blocking the PUBLIC right of way.
This alone will improve traffic flow and parking for the law abiding general PUBLIC.
Take the boats, trailers, containers as well

I would like to add the following words missing in the interpretation of the law.
This particular (art. 35 paragraph 1 &2 of the traffic ordinance) law is only applicable for vehicles which are defect and also not in driving condition. Anytime a vehicle is in running condition you can park your car on the right side of the road. Make sure it is not defect and in running condition. Paragraph 2 give the law maker the authorization to remove the vehicle in violation.
The only negative aspect is that instead that the government make arrange with all the other towing companies to assist in this clean up campaign they only use one company. What can I say. We are living in sxm after all.
