I don't understand why the gendarmes don't stake out Pic Paridis and nab these guys. This is not rocket science.

This thread is a waste of time. Someone (probably a few delinquent kids) has been breaking into tourists' cars on Pic Paradis for years. Articles have appeared in the papers and Letters to the Editors have been written and published. Yet, nothing is done. I predict that nothing will ever be done until a tourist returns unexpectedly to his car, catches one or more of the thieves and either beats them to death or is beaten to death. Maybe, then, the Gendarmes will be compelled to act, but by then it will be too late. J Swift
