St. Maarten Private Eye

This was the scene early Sunday morning Sept 4th on the corner of Carnation & Gladiola Rd.
It is utter disgrace!
It makes one wonder if this is done by so called 'civilised' people, knowing that 200 yards or less further down the road at the Jose Lake ball park the containers are practically empty.
Have people no pride? I think the community at large should start exposing those who do this. I have seen some of them.
