Those are cheap condos asking for too much $$$$$$$
Hey Hero, You forgot to mention that the building featured in the pictures is the building in violation of their building permit.
This building has a permit for 2 floors and not 3, so Mr. Cromwell and Mr. Lucky should take down their third story or the autjorities should demolish it.
Why did Commissioner Roy Marlin only demolsih one house on the Bush road when he first took office? Seems that the Commissioner only took issue with the poor and less fortunate but he allows the foreign invester to do as they please.
That whole project is such a scam. I feel so sorry for those people who would want to buy into a huff n puff place. When will the st.maarten government learn their lesson with foreign cheap developers.
