That a certain PC, well known property agent, owns most of the valley behind the Dawn Beach property, it is not known if he has partners. The road is actually on his property too which explains the poor state of it, why repair if you plan to develop and move it.

I'll go out on a limb here and predict that in the coming weeks or months we will see the whole valley stripped to brown earth. I suspect the land will be divided into plots and an estate or two.
