Yo Hady,
thanks for posting this stuff. As the relatively new, 57year old, kid on the SXM block (I started at Today on April Fool's Day!) I was not aware of this case, but you got my attention and I put it somewhere near the top of my to-do list for tomorrow. If you happen to know which prosecutor is involved pls let me know.
In the meantime, tx for your input.
