Please get your facts straight, there is a different when you talk about the Netherlands and the Netherlands Antilles. The Kingdon relationship don't mean SHIT, when they mentioned the Netherlands they are refuring to Holland, and not the Ned. Ant.!!! By the way, the Netherlands is not corrupt because of the Antillians etc, look back at the history of the country!! So, like I said being #12 is way to high, I am sure it's HIGHER, because they are Good at covering up there SHIT!! If you know what I mean.
