#12 is at the top of the list, with #1 being the least corrupt and #160 being the most corrupt. In fact it is really joint 11th place as the UK has the same score.
The Netherlands Antilles are not mentioned seperately and I suspect that they are not included in the Netherlands score, it's not like anyone here is checking these things here. Because of the Kingdon relationship, we often are included in such international reports, but not really, if you know what I mean.
