Thats the beauty of the internet, you can look things up.
The Netherlands is listed in 2005 as being # 12 in a country corruption list provided by nationmaster.com. of 160 countries.

You can also get the 2006 report (PDF) at this link. Kind of long but well worth a look at. Unsurprisingly, the most likely proffessions that are corrupted are
1. Political Parties
2. Parliament/Legislature.
3. Business/Private Sector
4. Police.
5. Legal System.
6. Media.
The Netherlands does however score low in regards to it's efforts to fight corruption (51% say not good).
