Westin do not own Dawn Beach

The discussion on the Real Deal show, mentioned in the EWE post below this one, continued onto a discussion about Dawn Beach. Mr Patrick, the Kadaster, mentioned that he was felt he was under pressure to sign a Meit Brief (spelling?) which would have given Westin ownership of the beach and part of the sea. He refused.
Laws passed since the deeds (also for Duck Int) were first drawn up in the 60's make the claim to the beach and sea invalid. Did Peyton know this when he sold the lands? As the so called DH 'Best' Real Estate Company, you would think he would be up to date with the laws of the land. Listen below.

Not much to add to all that's been said before. It would appear that pressure was on to give Westin the beach. The question is, pressure from whom?
