The legal mind on that radio show said something about Brookson and it ain' all that simple to find a law that Brookson broke with his multi-million dollar scheme. Mmmmm. Let' me think. A developer offering a minister to pay so and so and so if the minister delivers all the permits the developer needs.
In heavens name what would that be?
