It is important for residents living nearby the hotel to object to this license. If you do not object, you can not file or take part later on in an administrative law court procedure. It is easy to write a letter of objection. Just go to the Department of licenses and request the file to take a look at all the documents in it. Bring a big notepad and pen because for some reason they do not allow you to make photocopies of the documents, or allow you to use your camera to take pictures of the documents. Address your objection letter to the Executive Council and hand in a copy at the Department of licenses and at the government building (end of the hall way to your left). If I were a resident of Dawn Beach I for sure would write a letter of objection. Imagine the nuisance of bands/live music, parties every night of the week if such a license is given to Babit Beach. And for them operating without a license ... unfortunately that is common practice here on the island...
