I asked our secretary to have a look through our files and make sure we hadn't missed anything. It seems we have, a page of the Letter of Comfort was missing from our online files. See Below.

As you can see, it does indeed mention the road. It mentions that once the Exco receives legal title to the road land, it will work in a public/private deal with Westin to selected contractors and funding. So, although Roy is vindicated about lying, (rare occurance) there are still many questions to be asked.

1. The permit states that Westin have been exempted from transfering the road on the conditions they maintain it. Are Westin going to be transfering the road land to govt before work commences?

2. Why would Westin, once transfering the land, have any right to be involved in selecting the bids and contrators for this road. This road is said to have to be on the same scale as Link 1 and the Oyster Pond road.
