The main man in the mob that attended the Westin opening was on the local news tonight on 1300am talking about the road issue in Dawn Beach.

I did not catch it all clearly but what Roy appeared to be saying is that Govt would indeed be fixing the road and that this had been agreed in the "Letter of Comfort".

Well, we have a copy of the LOC here on SXM PE and it is very nice of Roy to bring everyones attention back to it. Now, there is either another LOC which we don't know about, or he is a compulsive liar, because the LOC we have mentions nothing about the road at all.

The Permit does mention the roads.

So, the taxpayer (not Westin) is going to be paying for the road. Does this mean that it and the land it is on will be transfered to govt?
