A well respected resident of Dawn Beach speaks up and rips into Westin and the govt that cheered on it's development with reassurances that are now revealed to have been feeble or imaginary at best.

Let us not forget that the permits for this development were approved, 10 - 1 by the Island Council and that expert opinions were discarded. Most of all, let's not forget Villa Gillian.
Still no news on the Win-win agreement.
