The set up of Century 21 caribbean is professionally run and administered. Slating the operation is not a good thing to do. Horst Finkbeiner is a extremely likeable individual who has an impeccable reputation throughout the Caribbean and Bermuda. His boss also carries that same reputation. Please think before you become slanderous.

I agree, this site is not for personal hate fests and vendettas, when you make accusations then lay out your information and keep it factual, not personal. Just saying someone is a thief, a liar, a pervert, a fraud , a pirate or whatever without backing it up with your reasons and proof for that conclusion is not acceptable here. I didn't publish the comment above and I have taken it down, it served no purpose other than to slur and slander.
I've said this before, I do not want to censor but there are lines which do exist, even on the internet. I have no interest in attracting unwanted legal suits or inquiries due to such comments. If you want to post this sort of content I suggest you go to blogger dot com and start your own blog site for free, call it ihatekenmckensie.blogspot if you like. Ken does appear to be unsavory, however other than the document posted by SXM PE I have yet to see any thing substantial, just opinion.
If you feel you have a legal case against Ken then you could try emailing the new SXM PE Justice Dept, you can find the address in the Contact Us section. Although not lawyers, the persons on the other end are legal minded and have legal contacts, they will give advice as best they can as to your case, if you have one.)
