GOOD LUCK in contacting the corporate office, try Horst Finkbeiner, the head of the Caribbean Franchise, and Brian Couch, one of the heads in Corporate in the US. Be prepared for the response; "each office is independently owned and operated," that is the "standard message," and then of course, they wish you luck.
