Yes.
Roy pushed hard for permits and it is suspected he ignored advice of experts.
Not sure if they built the house, but has been rumored that Westin rented it off him and may have even done some work there. It is also rumored that the original deal to purchase the house was 'assisted' by the Venezuelan people who built that big block of condos on Simpson Bay Beach. The villa has the same name as Roy's daughter and is currently on the market for $1 million.

At Century 21.

Peyton, or David has his fingers in many pies and I understand owns much of the valley behind Westin. He is also a partner with some guy called 'Lucky" whos is the financer behind Coral Beach. Some deal has been made with Westin to manage or run this project. 2 units have been sold so far and Peyton is pursuing the case to remove Ms B in the high courts.
