isn't Peyton Cromwell the one who sold the old Dawn Beach hotel land to Colombia Sussex to get the westin approved ? And didn't the Westin hotel owner build a house on the cliff overlooking the Westin for Roy Marlin as a thank you for getting the westin thru redtape ?
Somebody please correct me if i'm wrong .
