Congratulations to Gibson

Did anyone happen to notice the Toady paper last week Wednesday? Richard Gibson got an Oranje Award, which I understand is not for anything in particular other than having been a civil servant or giving civil service for a certain amount of time. Sarah Wescott got one too.
Anyway, the Toady on Wednesday had over 6 1/2 pages of congratulation ads for Gibson, who happens to own the paper. Here's a list.
1/6 page - Sun Kwong Supermarket, CIA School, and Burger King
1/4 page - DHL, First Caribbean, Oyster Bay Hotel, Passangrahan and P de P.
1/2 page - RBTT, Gibson's Office, Nagico, Smitcoms and Scotia Bank.
Full page - Afoo Group and Belair Beach Hotel.
Interesting don't you think? The RBTT went one further and placed the only ad in the Daily Herald, another 1/2 page. I guess they don't want to congratulate Sarah and the others eh?
