As far as I know there are possibilities to find funding to make the Estate a National Park, however alot hinges not only on the case with the BV but also on the attitude and willingness of government for the same objectives. If Government got together with the EWEF then I think they could find the money, but as it is the Govt doesn't seem to want to even talk with the EWEF.

It's childish, it's shameful and disgraceful and I suspect alot has to do with Roy having his immature little problems with enviro groups. He is the ENVIRONMENT COMMISSIONER after all but he really seems to have forgotten or he thinks the job is about destroying it rather than preserving it.
