I misunderstood you . I thought you were posting this picture as a "brand new " picture "the culvert which was shown under construction". I was trying to point out that it was in one of my videos from August 2005 and that if you thought the culvert was just constructed , it was not . Sorry, for any misunderstanding .

I will see if I can do the Youtube thing . I'm not that computer literate , but will try it .
