St. Maarten Private Eye

Before the constrcution started and the ChairMon and Bar were still there . I go to the same vantage point in Oyster Pond Estates and I walk right down to the beach thru the construction each time , the guards were very friendly ( to me ) and even allowed me to drive my car down to the beach edge right htru the construction.

I wasn't doing this because I was snooping on the Westin but more for like a video diary for myself and our own villa project. The video is quite telling . It shows everything , because I was very thorough. It's shows the beach from stem to stern , shows the irrigation "pond" , the exact shoreand water lines , the highwater line , the seagrass line, the vegetation line. It shows no buildings anywhere near the beach except Chair-Mon and Beach Bar. I am actually going to cue up the video right now and view it , I'll get back with you on my thoughts of it .

If this comes down to a lawsuit, this video which is over 4 hours long and spans 3+ years can be used . As I said it is ONLY of that area in which the Westin sits.
