To sum it all up why it was sweet to be "Minister" Brookson.

Heavy stuff. So basically, minister Brookson negotiated an interest free loan of 300.000 to buy parts of the EWE estate for himself and EWE buys the rest directly from the executors. Minister B negotiated to get shares in EWE so that minister B. shares in the profits of EWE. Minister B. negotiated exclusive rights to sell all the lots at 6% commission. (1 million dollar plus proceeds) Minister B. gets 6000 dollar a month as advance on comission and in addition to that minister B is supposed to get a paid job. And all minister B. had to do is fix the permits with his own government. Nice to be a minister. Consider this: Didn't ex-minister B. always maintained that he bought the estate and that he owns it already?
Well: ex-minister B. lied.
