SXM PE Photo Video Challenge

Below you will find the first of what we expect to be many photo video presentations, the first is from the recent Coastal Cleanup on Mullet Bay, the second is my own first creation and is about the Lagoon. Both these videos were made with a FREE and EASY to use program called Windows Movie Maker which you can download here, it only takes a few minutes.

We are all learning how to use it, it is really quite simple to use, but it takes time to lay it out well, it helps if you have a wide selection of photos to choose from of course. It is also very easy and free to post your videos on YouTube.

What is our challenge?

Well, we want you out there to get cracking on making your own and sending us the link, we want you to get creative. You can make any kind of video you like, using photos, video footage and flash medias if you want, and know how to. But this program makes it possible for anyone to learn to do what we have just done. What we are looking for is not just nice collections of photographs, but videos with a message.

We are all willing to offer our help and assistance via this message board, if you have questions, technical or historical then post them in a comment and someone is sure to reply.

We don't have a prize to give, but we may have. Perhaps one of our business owner readers will offer up something?? We will let them be the 3rd judge along with Flipper and myself, and you the readers will be able to vote on them too.

The Challange is going to be something that is ongoing, so there is not a time limit on making one, but we want to award a winner every year. So you have a few months still.... get cracking!
