I feel very sad and lonely when I hear these things. People from all sorts of walks continue to manipulate this society for their own agenda and many of us fall into their traps. How is it possible that one invites a commissioner to be the person to give out the awards. The best person to do so must be also the recipients of the highest award. The simple reason is that this particular has done a lot for the environment and should be the person to high light the ceremony. As a matter of fact no government agencies should have been invited because the main cause of all the confusion and destruction is because they failed to do their jobs.
