You sound lke a developer. They all say how "beautiful" their development gonna be. I love the "with loads of green" part. Afraid of something ?
The bottom line is that Sint Maarten does not need another 400 housing project and we can not handle it either. Besides, I just hate to see that piece of nature disappear forever. No matter what you put there. So I do complain but I never trespassed there. Do you know the facts ?
