Questionable financiers of Indigo Bay??

It has become apparent to me that the developers of this project may have a less than sterling background. One, a former manager/owner of a Redi Mix company is a known embezzler and thief. The money behind the project is apparently supplied by U.S. Bankers that are known by U.S authorties to have highly suspicious and questionable banking methods. Investors, prosepctive buyers and realtors be cautious. This project stinks of a scam.
