I have been trying to read and understand what is going on with the Emilio Wilson Estate. Many of the articles I have read speak about a will. I think so far I have read it has been willed to his brother then he left it to a sister-in-law, a God child, I think a man named Henri brookson (put in a claim, because he was called primo), and as I continue to read on there will be others I'm sure.
Now where is the will? I mean has anyone really ever seen one? Most people would file their will through a lawyer to be read upon death. I have read Mr. Wilson's will was noterized, but by who and did they make a copy? I have many more questions but first lets see if any of these can be answered.
Well maybe one more question. If indeed it was left to his brother, then upon his brothers death wouldn't his brother's will over ride Emilio's since the property was now his?
Will...Is there one?
