"You cannot own a piece of OUR beach or beaches" Are the real estate agents making this fact vague to make the sale? I know the Coral club beach property was a hard sale. What was told or assumed by the buyers of Dawn Beach to make them think they owned the beach? Lying and more lying...
SXM needs to be open and honest in all transactions. Corruption can not be part of the new St.Maarten that so many want.
