Nettle Bay

I was on the Island when hurrican Louis struck and Nettle bay is definetely an area which is affected by storms. The swells reach the main road and the sand fills the houses on the waterfront.
If you intend to buy there you have to insure well the house or apartment.
If you just want to vacation then avoid the period when storms can strike the Island.
Concerning the pollution in Simpson bay logoon I personally would not swim in it.
