When a hurricane comes, everywhere is under threat really, I say plan for catagory 5, because it's coming one day.

Nettle Bay is not really that high above sea level, and it's quite flat so there is not much to disrupt wind flow, I wouldn't think that helps.

I went through that area right after Luis, we drove around from Simpson Bay through lowlands. It was a mess, but then, so was everywhere else.
