I realize this is not an Official Statment, but the way the media and police have handled this investigation, I wouldn't be suprised if they did release their findings on a bar's website.
I also see they sent flowers to Mr. Jefferson, I'm assuming they did not send flowers to Mr. Smith because he could not say "Thank You".
