Gracie, I agree with you.
I too read those lines, and I think it only proper that the detectives start to question the editor about how he knows these details. If the editor wasn't there then it does seem he knows the persons who were there. Reason enough to question him as he knows who they are, so he is covering a crime and guilty as the party that conducted the beatiing.
And that editorial today regarding the Soualiga Patrol is only crap, it is written very childish, not on a high intellectual level. it also makes mention that the Soualiga Patrol will be using all terrain vehicules on the Boardwalk. Since when are all terrain vehicules allowed on the boardwalk where children play and skate and run around?
Doesn't the TODAY ask these questions?
Soualiga Patrol should be foot patrolling, nothing wrong with how the VKS patrols the boardwalk right now, on Foot!!! Seems that our boys in uniforms always want toys, while they can do so much with their legs and walkie talkies.
Question....... which detectives are assigned to investigate the Bamboo Bernies beating? The RST or the local detectives who work inside the police station? We can all imagine which detectives will have a conflict of interest, yet no one asked this question.
