A drive through Cupecoy and into Lowlands will show you that the new road being built on top of and over the destroyed border wall is the new main road. The new road meets up with the current road just around the corner after turning the top of the hill.
In the picture used above in the blog you can see that the area to the right and below the present road has already been "scraped" bare and it would be reasonable to suspect that as soon as the new road is finished, the rest will be too, including the old road. There is also a large section of the wall to the right (lagoon side) of the current road. I wonder what will happen to this?
