Thank you very much for the explanation regarding Mullet Bay Resort. Finally someone came forward with something that actually makes some sense.
By the way,do you have any info on Le Flamboyant Resort in Nettle Bay on the French side of the island. I believe the present owner is suing the previous owner for millions of Euros for a faulty construction.Since Le Flamboyant is also a combination of hotel and condos,could the settlement,if any,be also given to the present owner and the condo owners might be out of luck?
I was thinking of purchasing one of the condos,therefore,I am interested in this issue.
